250ml Sheridan’s Coffee Layered Liqueur
300ml strong black coffee, cooled
250g sponge fingers (ladyfingers)
500g mascarpone cheese
300ml double cream
100g caster sugar
4 large egg yolks
2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
Dark chocolate shavings (optional garnish)
