Welcome to Tipsy Gifts. By using our website (www.tipsygifts.com) and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ordering

All orders are subject to acceptance once payment is received and stock confirmed.
Once accepted, your order will be dispatched from our UK warehouse to your U.S. delivery address.
Orders must be signed for by someone aged 21 or over.

Prices shown are in U.S. Dollars and include shipping and Duty-Paid — no hidden fees at checkout or on delivery.
Payment can be made securely by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of ordering.

We ship daily from North Wales, UK with tracked and insured courier services.
Typical delivery time is 4–7 working days.
Every case is shipped Duty-Paid, which means U.S. customs duties and taxes are prepaid by us. No surprise customs bills.

4. Damage & Refunds

We take full responsibility for safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 24 hours with photos.
To honour our insurance promise, we need photographic evidence. Without it, our insurers will not reimburse us — so please make sure you photograph any damage before discarding bottles or packaging.
Once we receive the images, we will issue a full refund to the value of the damaged bottle(s).
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for unwanted orders.

Every order is insured. If anything goes wrong in transit, you’ll never be left out of pocket.
No customer has ever lost money with us in over 17 years of shipping Sheridan’s to the USA.
