🎄 Ingredients
200g white chocolate, chopped
300ml double cream
2 egg whites
50g sugar
100ml Sheridan’s Coffee Layered Liqueur
100g fresh or frozen cranberries (plus extra for garnish)

Melt white chocolate gently over a bain-marie. Cool slightly.
Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold in melted chocolate and Sheridan’s.
