🎄 Ingredients
200g digestive biscuits, crushed
100g butter, melted
600g cream cheese
150g caster sugar
3 large eggs
150ml double cream
100ml Sheridan’s Coffee Layered Liqueur
150g cranberry sauce (plus extra for topping)
Fresh cranberries (for garnish)
🥄 Method
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Grease and line a 9-inch springform tin.
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the base. Chill.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
Stir in cream and Sheridan’s.
Pour filling over the base. Swirl cranberry sauce through the top.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, until just set with a slight wobble.
Cool, then chill for at least 4 hours.
Garnish with extra cranberry sauce and fresh cranberries.
