200g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers), crushed
75g unsalted butter, melted

250g mascarpone cheese
200ml double cream
75g icing sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
40ml Sheridan’s Coffee Layered Liqueur

75g toasted pecans, chopped
