🍂 Ingredients
1 ready-made pie crust (or homemade shortcrust pastry)
200g pecan halves
150g dark chocolate (chopped)

50g unsalted butter (melted)
80ml Sheridan’s Coffee Layered Liqueur
1 tsp vanilla extract

🥄 Method
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 23cm pie tin with pastry, trim edges, and chill.
Scatter chopped chocolate over the pastry base.
In a bowl, whisk together syrup, sugar, eggs, butter, Sheridan’s, vanilla, and salt.
Stir in pecans, then pour mixture into the pie shell.
Bake for 45–50 mins until set but slightly soft in the center.
Cool completely before slicing. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
💡 Tips for the Perfect Chocolate Pecan Pie
Pastry: Blind bake for 10 mins if you want an extra-crisp base.
Flavour: Dark chocolate balances the sweetness beautifully.
Serving: A drizzle of warm Sheridan’s over each slice is a decadent touch.
