This Sheridan’s Peppermint Chocolate Mousse is a showstopper Christmas dessert. Rich chocolate, cool peppermint, and silky Sheridan’s cream layers combine for an indulgent yet refreshing festive treat.


🎄 Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa, chopped)

  • 3 large eggs, separated

  • 75g caster sugar

  • 250ml double cream

  • 90ml Sheridan’s Coffee Layered Liqueur

  • ½ tsp peppermint extract

  • Whipped cream (for topping)

  • Crushed candy canes + chocolate curls (for garnish)

  1. Melt chocolate gently over a bain-marie; let it cool slightly.

  2. Whisk egg yolks with sugar until pale and thick.

  3. Stir melted chocolate into yolk mixture.

  5. Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks, fold in gently.
